Job Description
Senior Manager, Commercial Systems
POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Commercial Systems is responsible for owning and evolving the commercial systems that power EnableComp's go-to-market engine — Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord. This role treats the commercial stack as a product: a connected operating system that should get smarter, faster, and more automated every quarter, not just kept running. The ideal candidate is the owner and steward of how EnableComp's revenue systems talk to each other, and increasingly, how AI does the connecting — using tools like Claude to redesign workflows and reduce manual work across the commercial organization, not just administer existing configuration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as platform owner for Salesforce (system of record), HubSpot (marketing/demand gen), Gong (conversation intelligence), Clay (data enrichment/workflow automation), and Accord (mutual action plans/deal execution).
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success leadership to prioritize the systems roadmap and translate business requirements into technical specs and developer handoffs.
- Develop and maintain the integration design across these tools — object models, data flows, triggers, and automations — so information moves cleanly from first touch to closed-won to renewal.
- Analyze and translate GTM strategy into system design: new motions, territory or segmentation changes, and reporting needs all become clean, scalable configuration, not spaghetti workarounds.
- Lead the use of AI (Claude and similar tools) as a core part of how the team works — building AI-assisted workflows, automations, and internal tools that reduce manual admin work across the commercial org.
- Conduct data integrity and governance reviews across the stack: field standards, deduplication, permissioning, and audit-readiness.
- Coordinate dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rep performance.
- Evaluate and pilot new RevTech and AI capabilities, building the business case and rollout plan for anything recommended.
- Identify and manage the systems side of the deal lifecycle — pipeline stages, forecasting categories, quoting/CPQ-adjacent workflows, and MAP/mutual-close-plan tooling via Accord.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered)
- 5+ years administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context (certifications a plus, not required)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, and ideally Clay and/or Accord (or clearly transferable tools in the same category)
- Real, demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build workflows, automate tasks, or transform how a system or team operates — not just casual use
- Strong SQL/SOQL or equivalent query fluency, and comfort translating messy business asks into clean data models
- Experience writing technical specs and partnering with developers or implementation vendors to ship system changes
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills; healthcare, RCM, or complex B2B sales environment experience is a plus
- Timely and regular attendance.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS & PREREQUISITES
- Minimal travel required (occasional on-site collaboration or team events).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A product mindset — comfortable owning a roadmap, prioritizing competing requests, and iterating based on feedback; genuine curiosity about applying AI to eliminate manual, repetitive work
- Practices and ads to EnableComp's Core Values, Vision and Mission.
