Contract Position Description:

As a Mid Product Manager - Delivery, Third-Party Marketplaces, you will lead digital delivery strategy and execution across key third-party partners such as DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub. This role is responsible for scaling 7-Eleven's delivery business by optimizing the customer journey, improving order economics, and unlocking new growth through partnerships and innovation. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining strategy and prioritizing features to launching initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. This high-impact role requires deep cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, data science, UX, and partner teams. You'll drive critical initiatives across multiple lines of business, using data to identify friction points, experiment with new features, and deliver measurable value for customers and the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for third-party delivery integrations, including roadmap creation, execution, testing, and optimization Conduct deep analysis of operational, customer, and partner data to identify pain points, drive strategy, and measure performance Define KPIs and build performance dashboards to monitor third-party delivery experience across key customer and business metrics (conversion, speed, NPS, cost per order, etc.) Collaborate with engineering and external partner teams to implement technical solutions that improve order success rates, reduce cancellations, and increase fulfillment accuracy Identify and implement new growth levers, such as expanded delivery assortment, upsell opportunities, and geo-based promotions Improve product-to-shelf accuracy and reduce customer friction across delivery touchpoints, from ordering to handoff Manage multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Store Operations, Legal, Finance, and Business Development to align on strategy, execution, and reporting Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on product ideas quickly Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape and third-party delivery ecosystem to inform product strategy

Preferred Qualifications/Characteristics:

Masters or equivalent experience in product management, strategy, or digital delivery Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2C product management, with strong knowledge of digital marketplaces, e-commerce, or last-mile logistics Analytical and data-driven; able to form insights from large data sets and translate them into action Track record of delivering measurable improvements in digital product performance Experience working with external technology partners and APIs Proven leadership ability to drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management Strong communication and presentation skills
