Type:

full-time Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Member Services Representative to join a collaborative financial services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with banking, credit union or financial services experience who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and providing a high level of service. You'll work directly with executives at member financial institutions while supporting critical financial transactions including wires, ACH and securities activity. Recent graduates with a Finance or Business degree and strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.

Position Details Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Hybrid:

Remote Monday and Friday; onsite

Tuesday-Thursday Compensation:

$25.00-$30.00/hour, depending on experience

Position Type:

6-month contract-to-hire

Growth:

Strong potential for conversion to a permanent position and continued advancement What You'll Do Process and monitor high-volume domestic and international wire transfers, ACH and securities transactions with a strong focus on accuracy Serve as a primary point of contact for CEOs, CFOs and other leaders at member financial institutions Respond to questions regarding wires, letters of credit, capital stock transactions and account activity Monitor Federal Reserve account balances throughout the day and coordinate end-of-day cash positions with Treasury Process audit confirmation requests and maintain accurate transaction documentation Follow established OFAC, BSA and AML procedures and help identify potential fraud, errors or unusual activity Research account and transaction issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams Partner with Legal, Sales, Audit and Member Services to ensure timely and accurate support Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive financial and member information What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field 1-3 years of banking, credit union or financial services experience preferred Previous teller, personal banking, credit union or financial operations experience is a plus New graduates with relevant education, strong Excel skills and an interest in financial services are encouraged to apply Strong Microsoft Excel skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively in a highly controlled environment Strong judgment and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional presence and confidence communicating with senior-level executives Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Even Better If You Have Exposure to SQL, Power BI or Power Automate Experience with safekeeping or securities transactions Familiarity with letters of credit Credit union or financial institution operations experience Exposure to OFAC, BSA or AML requirements
