As a Product Leader for Network Observability, you will be instrumental in enabling IT teams to perform proactive monitoring, leverage telemetry data to detect anomalies, identifying potential issues before they impact users, gaining real-time visibility into network performance, and deriving actionable insights for faster incident response towards delivering seamless connectivity, minimizing downtime, and optimizing user experiences. Basic Qualifications:

At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of people leadership experience 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure 3+ years of experience with routing, switching and network security solutions 2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools and observability platforms At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
