Analytics Engineer Full-Time | Hybrid (Eagle, ID or Salt Lake City, UT) | Healthcare About Pennant At Pennant, our culture is our competitive advantage. Position Summary Pennant is seeking an Analytics Engineer to help build and optimize our enterprise data platform. In this role, you'll partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to develop scalable data models, trusted datasets, and analytics solutions that support reporting, operational excellence, and AI-driven decision-making across senior living, home health, hospice, and home care. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data warehouse models. Develop and support dbt transformation pipelines and automated testing. Translate business requirements into trusted analytics solutions and reusable data products. Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and scalability. Support data quality, governance, lineage, and documentation initiatives. Create semantic models and business metrics for reporting and analytics. Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve complex data challenges. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics . Advanced SQL skills. Hands-on experience with dbt . Experience with dimensional data modeling and data governance. Snowflake experience preferred. Healthcare data experience preferred. Why Join Pennant?
