Job Overview Nurico LLC is expanding and looking for a Product Developer to create new supplement formulas, improve existing products, and support R&D for our softgel, capsule, powder, gummy lines. Responsibilities Develop and reformulate supplement products Source and evaluate raw materials Create formulas, spec sheets, and documentation Run small‑batch tests and stability checks Ensure FDA/GMP compliance Work with Production, QA, and Purchasing on scale‑up and ingredient needs Qualifications 2-5 years in product development, R&D, or formulation Experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, food science, or chemistry Strong understanding of raw materials and COAs Detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative GMP experience preferred Bilingual is helpful, but not required
