Day:
  • Support product strategy and roadmap development for Investment Foundations and CIPM learning products
  •  Serve as the voice of the customer through market research, surveys, interviews, and stakeholder engagement
  •  Analyze customer behavior, product performance, adoption trends, and market data
  •  Develop business cases and prioritize product requirements
  •  Partner with curriculum, technology, exams, marketing, support, business development, and leadership teams
  •  Make data-driven recommendations to influence roadmap decisions
  •  Identify growth opportunities and drive innovation within the certification portfolio
  •  Help manage product enhancements and future releases, including the next CIPM version rollout
  •  Collaborate directly with the General Manager overseeing both product lines
  •  Present findings, recommendations, and product direction to senior stakeholders
Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager for a leading organization in the professional certification and learning space. This individual will support two key learning products, including Investment Foundations and CIPM certification programs, serving as the bridge between customer needs, market opportunities, and product strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial product management mindset, leveraging customer research, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration to shape product roadmaps and improve the overall learner experience. This role will partner closely with leadership, curriculum teams, product marketing, technology, and business development stakeholders to drive growth, innovation, and long-term product success within a highly visible certification portfolio. Skills and Requirements Must Haves:
  •  3-5 years Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and customer-driven solutions
  •  Strong commercial product management background with a focus on Voice of Customer (VOC)
  •  Experience gathering customer insights through interviews, surveys, and research
  •  Jira experience
  •  Tableau reporting and analytics experience
  •  Qualtrics experience (or similar platform)
  •  Ability to translate customer feedback and market research into product vision and roadmap decisions
  •  Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, technology, content/curriculum, business development, and leadership teams
  •  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  •  Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments

  •  Financial services or investment education exposure
  •  Experience supporting B2C learning products
  •  Product marketing background
