Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Federal Program Manager (PM) to serve as the single point of accountability for the execution of a DoD Task Order supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), overseeing Agile delivery, operational sustainment, and continuous enhancement of a mission-critical investigative imaging system within a DoD Software Factory environment. U.S. Citizenship is required.•
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile/DevSecOps program execution, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Program Increment (PI) coordination Manage performance against PRS metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, MTTR, defect resolution, velocity predictability) Serve as primary interface with the Government (COR, Product Owner), ensuring alignment with mission priorities and user needs Oversee 24/7 production support operations, ensuring system availability and responsiveness Manage risk, quality, and cost control, including compliance with QCP, QASP, and CSDR reporting requirements Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations) Ensure delivery of required artifacts (roadmaps, backlog, reports, documentation)
Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility PMP certification 10+ years of experience managing Information Technology or software delivery programs Experience managing programs within AWS cloud environments, preferably in DoD IL5 or FedRAMP-authorized environments Demonstrated experience leading Agile software development (Scrum/SAFe) Experience managing cloud-based systems (AWS or similar) Experience managing DevSecOps environments and CI/CD-driven delivery
Desired Qualifications:
