Description:
A global brand is looking for a Digital Product Manager to strategically elevate digital capabilities and provide associates, partners, and customers with best-in-class experiences. This role focuses on creating digital experiences customers love—easy, seamless, and effective—while ensuring they also work for the business by supporting commercial goals, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Partnering across business, technology, design, and analytics teams, you will identify problems to solve, translate priorities into a clear product backlog, and guide Agile delivery from discovery through launch and continuous optimization. You will act as a key connector across stakeholders, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical considerations to deliver meaningful outcomes through data-driven decision-making. Top 5-7

Digital product management and product strategy (2-5 years) Agile product development and backlog management (Scrum or Kanban) Customer research, journey mapping, and personas Design thinking practices Data-driven decision-making and success metrics (OKRs) Cross-functional collaboration (Developers, UX/UI, Analytics, Business stakeholders) Full product lifecycle leadership (discovery to deployment to iteration) Requirements for the role: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field 2-5 years of experience managing product backlog, priorities, and leading agile product development with measurable outcomes Proven digital product experience and success in driving results Demonstrated ability to lead the full product development lifecycle with agile teams from problem-to-solve, discovery, development, deployment, and evaluation/iteration Experience conducting customer research, including development of customer journey maps and personas, to identify and communicate pain points and opportunities Practical application of design thinking practices Experience working in a product management operating model, such as Scrum or Kanban Knowledge of UX and UI principles Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) goal methodology Ability to own and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a digital product, journey, or feature set end-to-end
Education and Experience:
