Position Summary The SEO Specialist is a key driver of client growth at Leads Near Me, responsible for developing and executing local SEO strategies for independent auto repair shops across North America. This role combines strong technical SEO expertise with strategic thinking to improve search visibility, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads for clients. The SEO Specialist is expected to maintain high standards of SEO quality, stay current on industry trends and search engine best practices, and contribute to the successful execution of client SEO campaigns. This individual serves as a trusted resource within the team, applying data-driven insights and proven optimization techniques to deliver measurable results. This is an in-office position located in Duluth, GA. Remote work is not available. Key Responsibilities Develop, own, and execute comprehensive local SEO strategies tailored to client growth goals. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink evaluations to inform strategy. Perform technical and on-page SEO audits; track keyword rankings, analyze website traffic, and identify optimization opportunities. Build and manage Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization strategies, including citation building and local presence management. Write and optimize website and blog content for engagement, local relevance, and conversions. Collaborate with internal content, development, and design teams to implement SEO strategies efficiently. Monitor algorithm updates and industry trends; proactively test and implement new SEO tactics.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

2+ years of SEO experience, with agency or local SEO experience required.

Technical Skills:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Search Console (GSC) SEMrush or comparable SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Moz) Google Business Profile (GBP)
