Job Description
Description Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize sponsored search, display, and media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash, and other retail media networks.
- Manage campaign activity end-to-end within Pacvue, including bid management, budget pacing, keyword strategy, and targeting adjustments.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, including ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, and share of voice.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-term mining.
- Make data-driven recommendations for budget allocation across platforms and campaign types.
- Partner with brand and creative teams to align ad content with campaign objectives.
- Maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and documentation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of hands-on retail media or paid search experience with direct campaign management responsibility.
- Pacvue experience is required. Candidates without Pacvue experience will not be considered.
- Active campaign experience on at least two of the following: Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DoorDash Ads, Instacart Ads, Kroger Precision Marketing, or similar retail media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate status/blockers effectively. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CPG, beverage, or FMCG brands.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Helium 10, or similar analytics/BI tools.
- Amazon Ads or other retail media certifications.
- Experience with DSP/programmatic retail media buys.
