Job Description Insight Global's top retail client is seeking a Social Analytics Manager to lead the development of a scalable reporting and measurement infrastructure for their Store Social program. This person will be responsible for creating the reporting framework, KPI strategy, dashboards, and analytics processes needed to support a complex operation spanning multiple regions and hundreds or thousands of store locations. The ideal candidate has deep experience analyzing large-scale social media, community, influencer, or franchise-style programs and can turn large volumes of performance data into actionable business insights. This role will partner closely with social, marketing, communications, and leadership teams to establish a best-in-class measurement strategy that supports business decision making over the next year and beyond. Experience supporting large-scale social media programs with multiple markets, regions, locations, franchises, stores, or business units. Strong expertise building KPI frameworks, reporting processes, and executive dashboards from the ground up. Advanced experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience translating large datasets into business recommendations. Experience working with data from major social platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. Proven ability to communicate findings to executive and non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing measurement strategy. Experience supporting a retailer, franchise organization, multi-location brand, or enterprise social program. Background working with large influencer, ambassador, creator, or advocacy programs. Experience with social listening and community measurement platforms such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Meltwater, or Talkwalker. Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel, or data modeling concepts.
