SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

Full-Time | Beverly Hills, CA | Dental Practice We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our growing Beverly Hills dental office. This is a full-time, in-house position for a social media professional who understands how to build a premium brand, create engaging content, and turn social media attention into real patient growth.

The ideal candidate has:

2+ years of professional social media experience Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms Experience with content planning, copy-writing, reels, stories, and short-form video A strong eye for luxury, aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling Experience growing engagement, followers, reach, and conversions Ability to analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize strategy Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills A proactive, creative, and polished professional presence Experience in healthcare, dental, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle marketing is a strong plus Responsibilities include: Develop and manage the practice's comprehensive social media strategy Create and coordinate high-quality social content Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar Coordinate photo/video shoots and manage content production Write compelling captions and develop creative campaigns Grow the practice's online presence and engagement Monitor trends, competitors, and industry opportunities Track analytics and provide regular performance reports Collaborate with the doctors and team to communicate the practice's unique brand and patient experience
