We are seeking a talented and experienced TikTok Livestream and Social Media Lead to spearhead our livestream initiatives from our Irvine office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about livestreaming and Social Media, capable of managing the end-to-end process from hosting to coordination, and thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and host engaging and interactive TikTok livestreams, showcasing RENPHO products to drive engagement and sales Plan and execute livestream events and social media account management, ensuring seamless coordination of all contents and logistics Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing in HK and the on-site team to align livestreams with marketing goals and product strategies Provide product demonstrations and ensure all necessary information is accurately communicated during live sessions Analyze livestream performance data and present actionable insights to improve future streams Work on-site in the Irvine office and be available to work outside regular office hours to align with prime livestream times and the HK team's schedule Requirements

• Proven experience in hosting or leading livestreams, with a track record of delivering successful results (e.g., viewer engagement, conversion rates) Entrepreneurial and adaptable, with the ability to manage both top-down strategy and hands-on execution Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and entertain live audiences Experience with TikTok or other livestreaming platforms is a must
