This is not a role where you're simply handed a content calendar and told what to post. We're looking for someone who can think creatively, understand social media strategy, create content that looks good, and understand that great content also needs to convert. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute content across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and other social platforms. What You'll Do Develop and execute social media content across multiple platforms Film and edit short-form video content Occasionally appear on camera and represent Moi Beauty Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and other social copy Develop original content ideas, campaigns, and creative concepts Help build and maintain content calendars and posting schedules Schedule and publish content across social platforms Create graphics and other visual assets using Canva Edit video using CapCut and other relevant tools Research social media trends, sounds, formats, and platform-specific opportunities Manage and engage with our online community Monitor social media performance and analyze insights Use performance data to improve future content Participate in team brainstorming sessions and creative discussions Come into the Moi Beauty office for content filming and production Work closely with the marketing team to execute approved campaigns and ideas Ensure all content meets Moi Beauty's quality, branding, and messaging standards What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is creative, proactive, collaborative, and genuinely understands social media. You should be someone who can look at a piece of content and understand more than whether it is "cute." You should be thinking about: Will someone stop scrolling? Will they understand the product? Will they want it? Will they remember the brand? Will it drive an action? Required Strong portfolio of social media and/or content creation work Creative mindset and strong attention to detail Comfortable working collaboratively with a team Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends Ability to film and edit social media content Ability to write captions, hooks, and short-form scripts Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to occasionally appear on camera Ability to take direction, receive feedback, and make revisions Comfortable working in-person in Pembroke Pines, FL Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred Current college students pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree are welcome to apply Experience managing social media professionally is preferred, but a strong portfolio is essential Software Experience with the following is preferred: CapCut Canva TikTok Instagram Pinterest YouTube Social media scheduling/publishing platforms Equipment Personal filming equipment is preferred, but not required . Moi Beauty can provide equipment such as lights, microphones, props, and other production materials. Borrowing additional filming equipment may also be possible depending on the project and needs. What Success Looks Like The right person will consistently produce content that is: Creative. On-brand. High-quality. Strategic. Conversion-focused. We care about aesthetics, but we don't create content just because it looks good. We want content that gets attention, communicates the product, builds the brand, and ultimately helps drive results. You'll work closely with our marketing team, with campaigns and creative direction discussed collaboratively.
