Job Description
Position Summary Creates and manages content that supports enrollment, student engagement, alumni relations, and institutional marketing and communication goals across web, social, email, and print platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop written, visual, and digital content for institutional audiences. Write and edit content highlighting students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Manage assigned social media channels and content calendars. Create short-form video and digital content for recruitment and engagement. Develop content for the website aligned with the College's marketing strategy. Support SEO, AEO and GEO content optimization efforts. Conduct content audits and recommend website improvements. Develop content for email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. Monitor content performance and engagement metrics. Collaborate with campus partners to identify and produce compelling communications. Assist with event support, photography, and asset collection as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Relevant internship, student media, freelance, or professional experience in content creation, communications, marketing, or social media. Preferred Qualifications Strong writing and editing skills. Social media management experience. Short form video production skills. Knowledge of digital content best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
