US Foods is seeking a Social Media Specialist to plan, create, and manage engaging social content that supports our wholesale foodservice brand. In this role, you'll develop and schedule posts, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, and maintain a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms. You'll monitor performance, optimize campaigns using analytics, and engage with our restaurant, healthcare, and hospitality customers. Ideal candidates bring strong writing and visual skills, experience with B2B social media, and comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities Plan and manage social media content calendars across key platforms Create engaging copy, images, and basic graphics aligned with brand guidelines Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams on campaign messaging Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and manage community engagement Track and report performance using analytics tools and KPIs Optimize content and posting strategies based on data insights Support paid social campaigns with targeting and creative input Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards Stay current on social media trends and platform updates Coordinate with external partners or agencies as needed Required Skills Social media management Content creation Copywriting Graphic design (Canva/Adobe) Social media analytics Paid social advertising Community management SEO basics Marketing campaign planning Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
