Job Description
Role Overview The Social Media Engagement & Lead Specialist is responsible for managing and engaging with all company social media interactions in real time. This role protects brand reputation, fosters positive online relationships, and converts social engagement into scheduled appointments for in-home estimates. This position blends customer service, lead generation, brand moderation, and light sales support, and plays a direct role in revenue growth through social channels. This is an in-person, office position.

8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Monday
Thursday:
11:00 AM- 7:00 PM Schedule 2 Tuesday
Saturday:
8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Social Media Engagement & Moderation Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social platforms Monitor posts for spam, inappropriate content, or policy violations Hide, delete, or address negative comments according to brand guidelines Block spam accounts and bots to maintain a clean, professional presence Lead Initiation & Appointment Setting Proactively initiate conversations with interested users Qualify social leads using approved scripts and criteria Schedule appointments for estimates directly or route to appropriate teams Capture accurate customer details for CRM entry Brand Voice & Reputation Management Maintain a consistent, friendly, and professional brand voice De-escalate negative interactions when appropriate Identify trends or recurring concerns and escalate to leadership Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the call center, marketing, and sales teams Log all interactions and appointments accurately in the CRM Track engagement metrics and appointment conversions Provide feedback on FAQs, objections, and messaging effectiveness Qualifications Strong written communication skills High attention to detail and professionalism Comfortable handling public-facing conversations Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.
