Surge Entertainment and Surge Adventure Parks are the top entertainment destination for kids, families and adults around the country. Our Adventure Parks offer cutting edge jumping and climbing activities to engage kids and adults alike and our Family Entertainment Centers offer activities like bowling, laser tag, sports simulators, arcades and more along with a full restaurant and bar. We are a fast-growing company with continued expansion plans and are looking for someone to manage our social media presence for the company. This role will need to perform the following responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Marketing Coordinator. This is a non-managerial position. Support the requests that come in from our "Online Guests" via social media that have general questions or need customer service support. Monitor, respond and escalate online social media feedback from customers. Work with park General Managers and corporate team members to notify, escalate and resolve issues from guests that are raised on social media. Help facilitate conversations and support the introduction between GM's and "online guests" to communicate directly if requested. Identify and report social media feedback trends from monitoring comments and reviews that our park GMs can use as feedback for how to improve the guest experience. Meet response time targets to help provide a positive online guest experience. Generate, post and manage social media content in alignment with campaigns and marketing initiatives developed by the Marketing Coordinator Support the Marketing Coordinator in other aspects of the Marketing Department as-needed using this opportunity to grow your experience and career. Occasional travel may be required when opening new park locations, running unique specials or as directed by Surge Management, LLC.

Skills and Qualifications:

Past corporate social media coordination experience required. Must have had direct customer interactions through online channels and be familiar with the more popular online social platforms in terms of: 1) Posting social content, 2) Reporting on progress and consolidating guest feedback from online reviews, comments and direct messages and 3) Responding to compliments, issues and questions from online requests. Must have a positive attitude and ability to represent the company's online presence in a positive way. We are looking for someone with an interest in growing their marketing experience and skills in other areas outside of just social media coordination. Must have an attention to detail and be analytically driven
