Every Wednesday and Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM TatianaGutsu_Official is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Social Media Growth Specialist to help build a powerful global online presence. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of increasing followers, subscribers, engagement, and visibility across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Shopify, and other digital platforms through organic growth strategies, AI tools, product creation, and platform expertise. This position is focused on growing audiences, increasing subscribers, improving platform performance, and ensuring all digital platforms work together seamlessly.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement strategies and optimize algorithms to increase followers and subscribers across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Shopify, and other online platforms. Ensure all social media platforms are properly connected, branded consistently, and working together effectively. Stay current with social media algorithms, trends, and platform updates. Work with AI tools, including Kit and other emerging technologies, to improve content creation and workflow. Optimize profiles, captions, hashtags, titles, descriptions, keywords, and posting schedules. Assist with Shopify and e-commerce integration. Create and develop digital products. Develop User-Generated Content (UGC) strategies to increase engagement. Monitor analytics and provide recommendations for continuous audience growth. Identify new opportunities to increase visibility, subscribers, and overall online presence.
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience growing social media accounts with measurable results. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Shopify. Experience using AI tools to improve workflow and content creation. Knowledge of User-Generated Content (UGC). Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Requirements:
Resume required upon application. Portfolio or examples of social media accounts you have successfully grown are highly encouraged. Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Experience with Shopify, AI tools, and audience growth strategies is preferred.

Schedule:
Every Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM . The first day will focus on evaluating, organizing, and connecting all social media platforms, AI tools, Shopify, and related systems. Following the initial setup, you will have 90 days to demonstrate measurable improvement in follower growth, subscriber growth, engagement, platform optimization, and overall digital performance.
