About Blue Honest Blue Honest is a growing alternative health and wellness brand based on the New Hampshire seacoast. We make two very different products for two very different customers: PRO VX , an FDA-cleared clinical photobiomodulation laser used by practitioners, and our consumer PRO LIGHT+ , a therapeutic light device for everyday use. We're building our marketing in-house rather than outsourcing it to an agency, and it's working. Now we need to add capacity. You'll join our small existing marketing team to help run paid media, affiliate partnerships, and brand content across our product lines. The Role You'll work alongside our marketing team, splitting and sharing ownership of day-to-day execution: paid social campaigns, organic content, affiliate program management, and email marketing. This is a full-stack marketing seat: you'll touch strategy, execution, and reporting, and you'll see your work go live within days, not weeks. You'll work directly with our founders and marketing team, with ownership over the channels you run and a real potential to grow! This is a salary position with potential for commission, to be discussed based on qualifications.

What You'll Do:

Plan, build, and manage paid social and search campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) Grow and manage organic social presence and content calendar across platforms Manage and grow our affiliate/ambassador program (Tapfiliate, GoAffPro), including recruiting partners, tracking commissions, and optimizing performance Help strategize and adapt our website, including landing pages and custom embeds Report on campaign and website performance, and turn data into next steps Keep brand voice and visual identity consistent across every channel Flag and route anything requiring regulatory or compliance review before it goes live

What We're Looking For:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and/or e-commerce marketing Basic photo/video editing or content creation skills A self-starter who can take a rough idea and turn it into a finished, on-brand asset without needing every step spelled out Excellent attention to detail, especially important in a health/wellness brand where claims and compliance matter Comfort writing copy that converts, not just copy that reads nicely Some experience with affiliate, referral, or partner marketing programs is a strong plus Familiarity with Wix, Shopify, or similar website platforms Based on the NH seacoast or willing to work on-site in Hampton, NH with potential to work remotely Bonus Points Experience marketing a physical product or DTC brand Experience running paid campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads Experience in health and wellness device marketing Comfortable with Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and basic performance reporting Why Blue Honest You'll join a small, hands-on marketing team where your work has a meaningful impact on a growing brand, without the layers (or overhead) of a big agency.
