What You'll Do Create a warm and welcoming experience Greet families as they arrive Check clients into classes Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service Help foster the warm, inclusive community The Bunny Hive is known for Support Social Media & Marketing Capture photo and video content throughout the week Create and schedule social media posts Reply to social media messages and comments Help brainstorm creative content ideas and promotions Keep the Studio Beautiful Oversee studio cleanliness and organization Ensure the studio is always welcoming and presentation-ready Help create seasonal displays and decorations Support Programming & Teachers Create art samples and prepare class materials Assist with studio projects and special programming Help teachers with classroom setup and organization Plan & Host Community Events Help coordinate seasonal celebrations and studio events Host special pop-ups such as Wine Nights, Flower Bouquet Workshops, Moms' Nights Out, and other community-building experiences Assist with event setup, execution, and guest experience Assist with Administrative Tasks Answer emails and inquiries Support day-to-day studio operations Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed Who You Are Warm, personable, and naturally welcoming Creative and passionate about content creation and social media Highly organized and self-motivated Independent and able to take initiative Excited to learn about entrepreneurship and small business operations Passionate about building community, especially among women and young families Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once Why You'll Love This Role This isn't your typical front desk position.
