Current Platforms Fitness TikTok — 110K+ followers Fitness Instagram — 181K+ followers Facebook — 46K+ followers Dance Instagram — 3K+ followers Lifestyle/family pages Potential new dance-focused TikTok account Role Overview The intern will help turn raw fitness, dance, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, class, and personality-based content into engaging short-form posts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Stories, carousels, and other social formats. The ideal candidate understands digital storytelling, social trends, audience engagement, and how to create content that encourages views, shares, comments, and saves. Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Stories, and related platforms. Repurpose existing content across multiple channels while tailoring each post to the platform. Develop strong hooks, captions, and storytelling angles to improve retention and engagement. Identify relevant trends, sounds, formats, and content ideas that align with the brand and audience. Assist with organizing content libraries and planning consistent posting schedules. Support growth and monetization efforts, including content ideas that may attract brand partnerships. Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement, reach, and audience response. Ideal Qualifications Experience creating or editing short-form social media content. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Stories, and current social media trends. Ability to create engaging hooks, captions, and edits that hold attention. Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Instagram editing tools, TikTok editing tools, or similar apps. Interest in fitness, dance, lifestyle, family content, or creator-based brands is a plus. Reliable communication, creativity, organization, and willingness to learn.
