At RPTR Chiropractic Sports Medicine, we've been open since January 2025, and our growth has been nothing short of extraordinary. We are a concierge sports rehab practice dedicated to supporting athletes and active individuals in overcoming pain, building confidence, and improving performance. Our goal is to provide high quality 1:1 care in order for people to actually have long-term results instead of a quick short-term fix.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage scheduling, appointment coordination, and client communication. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Assist with maintaining client records and ensuring confidentiality. Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online presence. Create engaging and relevant content across various platforms. Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community. Collaborate with the team to promote events, services, and community engagement. Manage and create ad sets for marketing and lead generation
Requirements:
No experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with popular social media platforms. A passion for health, wellness, and an active lifestyle.
Bonus:
Familiarity with google, meta ads, and CRM (gohighlevel) Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting
