In this hands-on role, you will manage our social media channels, create engaging content, help plan and execute events, design marketing materials and help ensure our day-to-day marketing runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management:

Plan, write and publish engaging posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok; maintain a content calendar and monitor comments, messages and mentions.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track key metrics like engagement, reach & follower growth and share simple insights to help improve future content.

Sales Staff Coaching:

Provide simple coaching, tips and templates to help our sales staff optimize their personal social media presence.

Events & Coordination:

Assist with the planning, setup and execution of company events; attend on-site events to handle logistics and capture photo and video content for social.

Print & Digital Assets:

Create social graphics, short-form videos, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud and place orders for print collateral.

Administrative & Team Support:

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, keep asset libraries organized and jump in on special projects as needed.

Qualifications Experience:

2 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, event coordination or a related field.

Social Media Savvy:

Hands-on familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok, including features like Reels, Stories, and scheduling tools.

Design Skills:

Basic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.

Writing Skills:

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.

Organized & Detail-Oriented:

Ability to manage multiple small projects, track deadlines and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Communication Skills:

Friendly, outgoing and comfortable collaborating with internal teams, sales reps and event vendors.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for scheduled events.
