Job Description
Job Description 40 hours per week, most weekends are required during the horse shows. This Job will consist of taking video and photos at the horse shows as well as helping with basic editing and posting for social media reels and posts. Other jobs will include managing and running Video and Audio for the Jumbotron. Previous knowledge with horses is preferred, but the right candidate can be taught. Accountable, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and continuous improvement. Strong photography skills are essential, with the ability to capture high-quality images that support marketing, communications, and storytelling efforts. Knowledge of horses and the equestrian industry is a distinct advantage, helping to create authentic and engaging content. Again, previous knowledge with horses is preferred, but the right candidate can be taught. Basic Social Media Knowledge (specifically Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok) Basic Videography Skills Basic Computer and Audio Knowledge Attention to Detail Time Management Skills Ability to Multitask Basic Video Editing Skills Ability to climb stairs, walk fast / jog on varying terrain (for taking pictures/video) Ability to operate photography equipment (camera, drone) Flexible working schedule, able to work weekends, and holidays as needed. Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. Driving golf carts or other similar vehicles as needed Open office working conditions Employees do not handle or care for animals, but employee must be comfortable around horses and dogs with the possibility of encountering other wildlife.
