Copilot Tech Lead (Senior)
Location:
Dublin, CA Experience:
10+ Years Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end agent solutions on Copilot Studio, including topics, flows, prompt actions, entities, and fallback strategies. Design Dataverse data models to support agent context, conversation history, and knowledge repositories. Design multi-agent orchestration patterns using Copilot Studio and Power Platform connectors. Define agent governance frameworks covering authentication (Entra ID/SSO), data loss prevention (DLP), sensitivity labels, and channel policies (Teams, Web, Mobile). Lead integration architecture for agents connected to enterprise tools and connectors. Establish prompt engineering standards, grounding strategies (RAG using Azure AI Search), and responsible AI guardrails. Evaluate and adopt new Copilot Studio capabilities, including autonomous agents, agent flows, knowledge sources, and plugin actions. Collaborate with business analysts to convert use cases into agent capability maps and effort estimates. Conduct architecture reviews, code/configuration reviews, and performance/load assessments for agent deployments. Build reusable patterns, accelerators, and Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkits for agent development teams.
