Duties Coordinate and manage the booking process for DJs and musical artists, ensuring timely scheduling and availability confirmation Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent agencies, artists, managers, and industry contacts to facilitate smooth negotiations and collaborations Negotiate contracts, terms, fees, and rider requirements with artists or their representatives to secure optimal arrangements for all parties Promote talent through social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and targeted outreach to expand visibility and engagement Manage artist profiles, portfolios, and contractual documentation using Microsoft Office tools to ensure accuracy and accessibility Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that highlight booked talent across digital channels Recruit new talent by scouting emerging artists, attending industry events, and leveraging social media management tools to identify promising prospects Requirements Proven experience in the music industry or as a talent agent with a strong background in booking talent and relationship management Excellent negotiation skills with a clear understanding of contract terms within the entertainment sector Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for social media management and marketing efforts Strong communication skills for client interaction, contract negotiation, and internal coordination Knowledge of the music industry landscape, including artist management practices and talent acquisition strategies Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales or agency management is highly desirable Join us as a DJ Booking & Artist Relations Coordinator to shape unforgettable experiences by connecting talented artists with audiences worldwide.
