Lead Technician:
  • Execute the highest level automotive diagnostics and repairs
  • Lead the shop under the values of Honesty and Integrity
  • Stay current on new vehicle technologies and diagnostic methods
  • Assist other technicians with difficult diagnostics and repairs
  • Maintain high-quality control standards in personal workmanship as well as the shop
  • Passion for being the Best & Promoting the Brand
  • Someone who sees the Opportunity for Excellence in every problem presented
  • Understanding that true Leadership comes through Service, looking to grow themselves and the Team Responsibilities

Team Qualifications Job Requirements:
  • 8+ years automotive repair experience is required
  • Team oriented, energetic and have an upbeat attitude
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicle systems
  • Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Excel at diagnostics, drive-ability and solving electrical problems
  • Have the drive and the ability to increase overall shop productivity
  • Ability to quickly master factory scan tools
  • Automotive systems instructing and/or Shop Foreman experience is preferred
  • ASE L1 Master preferred; must be willing and able to attain if not already earned.
  • Diesel Certification a bonus!
