Master Barber / Stylist

Sir Sweeneys Barbershop and Lounge, Southlake, Tx Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of hair services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and grooming. Provide exceptional customer service and consultation to ensure clients' satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to offer cutting-edge styles. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Barber or Cosmetology license. Proven experience in providing high-quality hair services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Passion for staying current with industry trends.

Compensation:

$18 per hour guarantee or 40-45% commission, whichever is higher. Front Desk $18-25 per hour depending on experience.
