Live Well. Role Overview EVEXIAS is seeking Training Operations Interns to support the preparation and execution of monthly, large-scale, in-person corporate training events. This hands-on role provides experience in event operations, logistics, and execution within a fast-growing healthcare organization. Responsibilities Assist with preparing and organizing materials for monthly training events, including attendee folders, kits, and marketing assets. Inventory, organize, and pack clinical and educational materials for event transport. Provide behind-the-scenes logistical support during live training days, including setup and breakdown. Troubleshoot minor issues and support the Training Team's needs in real-time. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure resource preparation. Utilize internal systems and support process improvements for training logistics. Qualifications Currently enrolled college student (Business, Operations, Event Management, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred). Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to perform hands-on physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work early mornings and long event days on mandatory training dates. Positive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.

Summer 2026.

On-site in Southlake, TX. Mandatory Training Dates (6:00 AM - 5:00 PM): June 12, July 10, and August 14, 2026.
