Are you a confident, professional closer who loves luxury sales? At The Gents Place , you'll help successful men elevate their image while selling premium memberships and world-class products. This is not a receptionist job —you won't answer phones. Our call center handles calls so you can focus entirely on sales, service, and relationships. You'll present memberships ($525-$8,000/yr) and luxury retail including Creed fragrances ($500+) and fine men's grooming goods. What You'll Do Greet members and guests with confidence and warmth Present and close membership and retail sales Recommend grooming, skincare, and fragrance products Partner with barbers to deliver a seamless luxury experience Who You Are 1+ year of professional sales success (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or software) Comfortable engaging affluent clients and closing sales Polished, professional, dependable, and goal-oriented Team-focused and available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) Pay & Benefits $18+/hr base plus $1K-$2K avg. monthly commissions Health insurance reimbursement 401(k) with match Paid time off (vacation, community service, and mental health days) Tuition assistance and paid training Parental, dental, vision, and disability coverage•Long-term team members (5+ yrs) earn 100% paid health insurance, 17 days paid vacation, and enhanced 401(k) match.
