Full Job Description Stocker Hiring Immediately Shift:

6:30am-4:30pm (M-F)

Pay:

$18.00 - 20.00+/hour •based on experience•

Cedar Rapids, IA We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team, committed to delivering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the handling, transportation, and staging of building materials while upholding our company's core values. You'll be set up for success with great training and support!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all trucks are loaded and secured in compliance with company policies and D.O.T. regulations. Safely unload, protect, move, and stage materials per customer specifications. Consistently lift and handle materials weighing 70 lbs or more. Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills at all times. Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards. Maintain punctuality and dependable attendance. Participate in scheduled monthly and annual physical inventory counts as needed. Exhibit a general understanding of building materials and a willingness to expand product knowledge. Uphold and promote company values including Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and being an employer and partner of choice.
