Accurately retrieve parts for shipment and prepare materials for Shipping department. Process reservations and Stock Transfer Orders (STO's) twice weekly in SAP. Monitor the group email for urgent/extraordinary requests. Position will also be trained in Shipping and Receiving. Schedule and coordinate emergency shipments using same-day courier services. Maintain availability to respond 24/7/365 via phone or in person, as required. Safely operate plant material handling equipment as needed.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years previous material handling experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) SAP experience is a plus. Dependable, detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment High-energy, motivated individual with a strong work ethic Strong organizational and time‑management skills to ensure shipments are completed on schedule Individual should either currently have forklift certification or have the ability to receive one shortly after hire This is a safety‑sensitive positionWork Hours:
This is a plant‑based position Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a one‑hour lunch On‑call rotation required once fully independentPhysical Environment:
