Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Measure Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for accurately measuring residential and commercial patio shade projects, documenting job site conditions, communicating project requirements to management, and helping ensure smooth project execution from estimate to installation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in patio shade systems, construction, and remodeling environments, with the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism with customers and team members. Responsibilities

• Accurately measure patios, openings, pergolas, awnings, and shade system installations
• Compile detailed material lists and project requirements for management and installation teams
• Properly complete and submit measure sheets and project documentation through the company CRM system
• Take clear and organized job site photos for project records and production reference
• Identify potential installation challenges and communicate them proactively
• Maintain a daily schedule with multiple job site visits and efficiently travel between locations
• Ensure all measurements and notes are accurate to minimize production or installation issues
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and office staff
• Assist with project coordination and field support as needed Required Experience & Qualifications
• Experience using laser levels and measuring equipment (VERY precise)
• Prior experience installing patio shades, awnings, screens, pergolas, or related products
• General construction experience
• Knowledge of patio remodeling and outdoor living projects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read plans, layouts, and field conditions
• Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM systems, and digital documentation tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently, and as valuable team member, and manage time effectively Preferred Skills
• Experience in outdoor living construction or shade industry

• Pay is based on experience ($60,000 to $72,000 DOE)
