Desired Qualifications:

Current, valid RN license Minimum certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Demonstrated experience in medical-surgical nursing Proven ability to implement the nursing process for diverse patient groups Strong clinical skills and technical competence in care delivery Nurse/patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:6, requiring the ability to manage multiple patients efficiently Willingness and adaptability to float between inpatient units, including step-down, medical, surgical, and ED boarded patient care areas Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to contribute to team-based care and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
