$20•$24 per hour Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support both front and back office clinical operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative healthcare environment where health education and patient outreach are prioritized. Key Responsibilities Greet and room patients in a professional and courteous manner Obtain and document patient vital signs Assist with scheduling and patient coordination Answer phone calls and manage front desk duties Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture and specimen collection Administer vaccines and assist with immunizations Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Provide clinical and administrative support as needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (in addition to externship) Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred Occupational Health experience strongly preferred Proficiency in EMR systems required Strong phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency Commitment to patient education and quality care For more details contact at mdeshpande@navitashealth.com About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
