Duties Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments efficiently using electronic health record (EHR) systems such eClinicalWorks Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance verification to facilitate seamless billing processes Excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages Maintain accurate medical records, including filing, documentation review, and updating patient information Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and maintaining confidentiality at all times Qualifications Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a medical office setting Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as ClinicalWorks Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and compassionately Familiarity with insurance verification

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
