Job Description

True Enterprises LLC is seeking an experienced Medium Voltage Lineman certified in Central Maine Power and Eversource territories to join our Solar and Electrical team.
Position Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties which may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot inverters, combiner boxes and replace/repair string lines. Operate bucket trucks for line work tasks Perform field service duties in construction sites Utilize voltmeters and ohmmeters for electrical testing Read and interpret blueprints for line installations Lead by example in maintaining safety protocols and operate with professionalism in accordance with established standards and procedures. Troubleshoot solar system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner. Responsible for documentation including, but not limited to, work orders, service orders, time logs, and emergency information schedules.
Requirements:
Certified in Central Maine Power and Eversource territories. Expertise in various technical skills related to line work Strong understanding of solar infrastructure and safety regulations Knowledge of environmental and safety policies and procedures and able to apply
NFPA 70E/OSHA 10
training Working knowledge of troubleshooting electrical components with help and use of digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and similar equipment
Skills:
Proficiency in bucket operation for elevated line work Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards Physical ability to climb poles and towers for line access Able to test installed equipment, ensuring proper working order including mechanical electrical inspections.
Pay:
$30.00 - $48.00 per hour
