Reform Physical Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our Eliot clinic. At Reform, you treat one patient at a time for the full session. No juggling multiple patients. No rushing through care. You have the time and space to do your job the right way, build real relationships, and focus on meaningful outcomes without staying late every night trying to catch up on documentation. Our approach is rooted in hands-on manual therapy and functional movement because we believe physical therapy should help people truly recover, not just provide short-term relief. Our clinics are bright, open, and thoughtfully designed so both patients and therapists feel comfortable. It's not a crowded gym environment. It's a place where you can focus, connect, and actually enjoy your workday. We've been voted Best of the 207 Gold for Best Physical Therapy Practice four years in a row , and that doesn't happen by accident. It comes from the way our team shows up for each other and for our patients every single day. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their patients, works well within a team, and wants to grow without burning out. Whether you're a new grad or an experienced therapist, what matters most is that you take pride in your work and want to be part of something that's doing things differently.
