Menswear Stylist

Position Overview:

The Menswear Stylist plays a key role in creating exceptional experiences and driving sales within the menswear department. This position blends customer connection, product expertise, and sales energy to deliver a polished, personalized experience for every groom and his party. The Menswear Stylist helps every guest look and feel their best while contributing to the overall success and growth of the business. Weekend Availably required for this position.

Core Responsibilities:

• Proactively connect with customers to understand their style, event needs, and vision — turning conversations into confident sales.
• Generate new business through follow-up calls, bridal show leads, social media inquiries, and in-store walk-ins.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by greeting customers warmly, listening attentively, and guiding them through the menswear selection process.
• Take accurate measurements and ensure every fitting delivers a comfortable and refined result that exceeds expectations.
• Maximize every sale by suggesting complementary items such as accessories and upgrades that complete the look and elevate the experience.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with wedding parties to ensure all details, measurements, and payments are completed on schedule.
• Showcase strong attention to detail by ensuring every groom's attire is coordinated flawlessly and on time.
• Partner with the bridal and menswear teams to create cohesive wedding day looks that align with each couple's vision.
• Manage multiple customers and orders efficiently, balancing precision with energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Support fellow stylists by collaborating during appointments to enhance the overall wedding story and color coordination.
• Maintain a visually appealing, clean, and organized menswear space that reflects the Believe Bride brand.
• Update mannequins regularly to highlight fresh arrivals and seasonal trends.
• Oversee rental processing and returns, ensuring shoes and garments are cleaned and ready for the next guest.
• Track incoming orders, verify accuracy, and promptly notify customers when their items are ready for pickup.

Qualifications:

Proven success in sales or retail, ideally within menswear, fashion, or formalwear.

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and closing skills.
• Expertise in menswear, including suits, tuxedos, and accessories, with an eye for current trends.
• Skilled in precise measurements, fittings, and styling coordination.
• Driven by results — consistently meets or surpasses sales goals through upselling and relationship-building.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Positive team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
