What You'll Be Doing:

Stock and stage "fresh" merchandise onto the sales floor Use Z-racks and carts to organize clothing, hardlines, and décor Create visually appealing displays and maintain store sections Size, sort, and straighten items on the sales floor Remove outdated or damaged items as directed by management Keep fitting rooms and checkout areas clean and tidy Dust, sanitize, sweep, mop, and make the store sparkle Re-merchandise misplaced items (soft/hard lines) Support team members and contribute to a positive store vibe Represent Goodwill with professionalism, dignity, and respect

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail Basic communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Physical ability to bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and stand for extended periods Willingness to follow safety and store procedures Experience in merchandising or decorating is a plus—but not required! Position Details Part-Time | 20-25 hours per week Some evening and weekend shifts may be required Flexibility available with supervisor approval This is a non-exempt (hourly) position Work Environment You'll be on your feet, interacting with merchandise, customers, and team members in a fast-paced store setting.
