Mid-Level M&A Associate Attorney - Private Equity & Strategic Transactions | Chicago A leading national law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Corporate Associate to join its sophisticated M&A and private equity practice in Chicago. This opportunity is designed for attorneys who thrive in fast-paced transactional environments and are looking to work on complex, high-profile deals alongside nationally recognized practitioners. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience advising financial sponsors, private equity funds, and strategic buyers and sellers across a broad range of mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions.
