Metal Fabrication Specialist

This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys working with metal and has the strength, focus, and patience to transform raw material into works of beauty. You'll learn the craft of metal spinning, plating, buffing, and finishing —skills that take time and care to master. What You'll Do Operate a spinning lathe to shape metal parts with precision and care Sand, buff, and polish metal to a mirror finish Perform metal plating, lacquering, and assembly to exacting quality standards Inspect every piece to ensure it meets our craftsmanship standards before it reaches the customer Work collaboratively with a small, experienced team that values safety, reliability, and pride in workmanship What You Bring Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right Good upper-body strength and stamina—this is physical, hands-on work Comfort working around machinery, polishing compounds, and plating equipment Dependability—your team relies on you to show up ready to focus each day Willingness to follow strict safety protocols (they're part of how we measure success) A steady hand, an eye for perfection, and a desire to learn a true craft Why Join CM Almy We're a small, family-run company where craftsmanship still matters.
