Metal Fabricator

Carolina Fabrication Services LLC is seeking an experienced Welder/Metal Fabricator to join our small job shop. We are looking for a dependable individual with a minimum of 5 years experience in welding and fabrication who take pride in quality workmanship and safety. This position involves both in shop fabrication and local on site work. Monday - Thursday 6am-4:30pm Mandatory overtime may be required when needed Pay is depending on experience and skill level Must demonstrate welding and fabricating experience prior to hiring.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years welding / fabrication experience Proficient in stick, tig and mig welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints Must have basic hand tools Valid drivers license required Ability to pass a drug test Must be reliable and able to work independently or part of a team

Responsibilities :

Fabricate and assemble metal components according to drawings and specifications Perform stick, tig and mig welding on a variety of materials Assist with installation and fabrication on local job sites when required Maintain quality standards and safe work practices Operate fabrication equipment and tools as needed Full Time position / Insurance benefits available , Paid Holidays & vacation pay Local applicants only. Candidates must currently live within commuting distance of Chesnee, Sc. Relocation assistance is not available.
