What to Expect The Metrology Supervisor at the Data Center Manufacturing Houston Factory will work as a member of the Metrology group in the Quality organization. They will supervise all operations inside the Metrology Lab, which runs 24/7 on all four shifts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Tesla cross-functional teams. The Metrology Supervisor role will also need strong knowledge of applied Metrology as well as Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) to be able to answer team questions or support other cross-functional teams. Work will require participation in cross-functional teams and supplier meetings.
