Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Quality Control of components and products with precision and accuracy, ensuring that all items meet the required specifications and quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to utilize various precision measuring instruments. Responsibilities Conduct vision inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to standards. Analyze fabrication processes and implement improvements for efficiency. Perform QA/QC checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and HACCP quality systems. Document fabrication processes and results, ensuring traceability of all products. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance production methods. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with vision inspection systems and quality assurance practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes critically. Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards and HACCP principles is advantageous. Knowledge of
BLUEBEAM
software a plus Microsoft Office programs required Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
