Job Description

Cleaning Technician — $19-$25/hr Mount Pleasant, MI | Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Come Do Great Work With a Team That Notices At Cleaning Solutions, we built this role for someone who wants to master a craft, not just clock in. You'll get a steady schedule, real training, and a team that actually pays attention when you do things right , plus a clear path forward if you want to grow. We run on C.A.R.E.: Communicate with kindness, Act with accountability, Respect everyone, and bring Excellence to every home we walk into. It's not a poster on the wall -it's how we run, day to day. This is a great fit if you like knowing exactly what's expected of you, take real pride in the details, and want to get better at your craft over time. If that sounds like you, keep reading. What You Can Count On Fixed, dependable schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM availability. No nights, no Saturdays, no weekends, no surprises. Steady, full-time hours: A set route with regular clients — no scrambling to fill your week.
Paid training:
We teach you our system step by step, and you get paid while you learn it.
Clear systems:
Checklists and company tools mean you always know what "done right" looks like.
Real support:
Our office checks in often and is a call or text away whenever you need us. Recognition you'll actually see: We call out top performers every month — in team meetings, in our group chat, and on social media.
A real path up:
Three techs moved into Deep Clean Specialist or Team Lead roles this past year. If you want more responsibility, we'll show you the way there. What Your Day Looks Like Follow our cleaning checklists at each client's home or business. Use the products and equipment we provide. Drive your own reliable vehicle between jobs. Work mostly independently, checking in with the office as needed. Stay active all day — moving supplies, bending, reaching, cleaning. Flag anything unusual for the office — a special request, a changed detail, anything. Use good judgment within our system, and ask when you're not sure. You don't need to know everything on day one. You do need to follow the system, communicate, and want to learn. The Honest Part Cleaning is physical, repetitive work, and some homes are messier than others. Doing it well means sticking to the process every time — even on a long day — and choosing quality over shortcuts. We'll never expect perfection, but we do expect effort, honesty, and showing up when you say you will. In return, you get a team that has your back and notices the work you put in. Who Thrives Here Shows up, every time. Reliable, and takes commitments seriously. Takes feedback well. Open to coaching, and uses it to keep improving. Notices details. Cares about the little things that make a space feel truly clean. Solves problems calmly. Thinks things through, and isn't afraid to ask for help. Likes steady, focused work more than constant variety. Prefers a clear schedule and a set process over figuring it out on their own. What You Need Available Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM — this schedule is fixed. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Able to be on your feet and physically active for a full shift (lifting, bending, reaching, carrying supplies). Comfortable following written checklists and company standards. Able to text, call, and give the office quick updates. Willing to learn and take coaching. Committed to professional, respectful service with every client. What You Get $19-$25/hour , with pay increases tied to quality and reliability goals. Most techs reach $21-$23 within 6 months. Full-time, steady hours — you'll know your schedule every week. Paid training and all supplies provided. Real support - check-ins, and help whenever you need it. A real chance to advance - three techs moved up last year. A team that notices your effort , not just your numbers. Ready to Be Valued for Doing Great Work? If you're dependable, want steady hours, and take pride in doing things right, we'd love to meet you. Apply today — we read every application personally, and you'll hear back from a real person, fast.
