MIG Welder / Fabricator

Teske Manufacturing is growing and we are looking for a dependable, motivated MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team. We build high-quality utility and commercial trailers along with custom metal fabrication projects. This position is hands-on and ideal for someone who takes pride in producing clean, consistent welds and wants to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do

• MIG weld steel trailer frames, components, and fabricated parts
• Read and follow blueprints, weld prints, and shop drawings
• Operate hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment safely
• Help fit and assemble trailer components before welding
• Inspect weld quality and maintain production standards
• Work with production and operations teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all shop safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications
• MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and weld quality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Manufacturing or trailer industry experience is a plus
• Robotic welding experience is a bonus but not required What We Offer
