Job Description

Join us as a Millwright / Mechanic in Warrenton and help bring materials to life in a workplace where health and safety always come first. We are seeking an experienced Level 4 Millwright Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with particular emphasis on PLC systems, industrial electrical work, and machine installation. Schedule:

Your day-to-day:
Install, commission, and relocate industrial machinery, production equipment, and support systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment Diagnose machine faults using PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and electrical schematics Perform electrical wiring, motor controls, sensor setup, and control panel troubleshooting Assist with startup, testing, alignment, and calibration of newly installed equipment Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals Complete preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to improve technical manuals Complete preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and uptime Work closely with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams during installations, upgrades and breakdown response Your strengths as a Millwright / Mechanic Level 4 Millwright or equivalent industrial maintenance experience Strong working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment Experience with industrial electrical systems, motor controls, VFD's, sensors, relays and control circuits Proven experience installing, aligning, and commissioning production machinery Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and prioritize production-critical issues Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety standards while adhering to all food, safety, and quality standards Experience with PLC platforms (preferred) Experience with conveyer systems, automated equipment, or packaging/manufacturing machinery (preferred) Welding or fabrication experience is a plus (preferred) You are a natural fit for this role if: Health and safety are a top priority for you You enjoy hands-on, team-based work You're resourceful and take initiative You bring a positive, collaborative attitude You're eager to learn—training is provided If you bring the same care to who you are as to what you do, we'd love to meet you!
